Thank you for choosing Sanctuary. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.  This Privacy Statement explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect the absolute minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve our service.

• Personal Information You Provide: When you create an account or contact us for support, we collect your email address. This is used solely for the purposes outlined below.
• Automatically Collected Information: We do not collect any usage data, device identifiers, location data, or any other analytics unless explicitly stated in a future update to this policy. Any future changes will be communicated transparently.

We use your email address for only these specific purposes:

• To create and manage your account so you can access your sanctuary.
• To send you essential information related to your account (e.g., password reset links, important service updates).
• To respond to your support requests, if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

• Access & Correction: You can view and update your account information (like your email) directly within the app's settings.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your Sanctuary account at any time through the app's  settings. This will permanently remove your email address and any  associated data from our active systems.

Sanctuary  is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Statement occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new statement within the app and/or sending an email to the address you have provided. The "Last  Updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version.
